Administration & Financial Department
The main responsibility of JADO administration and financial department is to ensure the efficient performance of all departments in the organization. acting as a connecting link between the senior management and the employees. and provide motivation to the work force to realize the goals of the organization. As well as formulate the rules & regulations and applies them on the organization.
Other functions are:
* Providing comprehensive administrative planning, leadership and organizational development of all departments
* Prepare the annual budget and financial analysis also monthly financial reports for forecasting purposes.
* Keep the financial records in compliance with the appropriate financial regulations.
