JADO Conducts Specialized Training for Doping Control Officers

The Jordan Anti-Doping Organization (JADO) hosted a specialized training course for Doping Control Officers (DCOs) at its headquarters on Saturday, April 11, 20. The session was led by JADO’s President alongside WADA-accredited lecturers, with the organization’s technical staff facilitating the practical training components.
The course aimed to enhance the professional proficiency of participants by highlighting the essential standards, duties, and international responsibilities required of Doping Control Officers. Attendees received detailed training on sample collection procedures and testing protocols in strict accordance with the International Standard for Testing and Investigations (ISTI), ensuring the integrity of competition and the principles of fair play.
In conclusion, participation certificates were awarded to the attendees, qualifying them to join the national doping control program and contribute to the ongoing protection of sports in Jordan.
